Padlock

Chaps,

I seem to have lost the ability to padlock either ground or Air targets … key file looks ok (NUM9 for A/A) but cant get it to work checked config and its to set box size etc I cant get it to work either in multi or single player …… is there a universal setting to disable it that I have accidentally touched?
