Good morning all

this is my first time on this forum, hope to follow all good manners.
I bought a KE-USB108 device, after so many attempt I need your help to overpass my problem if it is possible. I have a commutator on-off-on with three pin, middle is ground and other two is programmed to able SHIFT-F4 and SHIFT F5. How I can program device to give an input while switching back from on to off?
I am building a F16 cockpit with all tools working properly as per reality.
