      Hello Forum

      Three questions please.

      (1) Can only the host of a multiplayer session (Campaign or TE) add PPTs, STPT lines and threat circles?
Is there a way for the client to do so also?

      (2) I read recently that “clients can save a copy of host’s campaign at…at any point.” It’s the “at any point” that I don’t understand. Does it mean during the session, after or when?

      (3) Is it possible to add other aircraft to the BMS TEs?

      Thanks,

      Bayonet.

        (1) The mission maker could make a mission.ini that contains everything you need, but in the end, everyone is responsible for their own DTC. If you want to remove or add stuff, you can. That’s entirely client-side only.

        (2) Whenever you’re in the 2D map, you can press the Save-button and save the mission file (whether it’s a TE or Campaign) to your own computer. I’ve never needed it, so never checked if there is a key combination that will save your progress in-game.

        (3) If there is a squadron in the mission file (Campaign or TE), of which not all available aircraft are already in use, then yes. If there are only F-16 squadrons in the mission, however, you are not able to add e.g. a KC-10 or F/A-18 flight.

Beware about this, saving from client side can (will?) lead to corrupt saves and FPS drop/stuttering, with a cumulative effect if you keep doing it over the same context.
