DTC AND WEATHER ICONS

I select a mission and go to the target I want and select targets at different way points and accept them I them want to go to the DTC and load them to the cockpit. The Icon is non workable But sometimes it is
Same goes for the weather Icon

I know you want to know does this happen in other theaters YES IT DOES ALSO IN TE’S
