Other joystick profiles?

Does anyone have any idea how difficult it is or if it even works in the first place combining a TM WH throttle with either a VKB Gunfighter base or a VPC WarBRD base? Can you “shift” controls on the stick using the modifier on the stick or throttle? Any advice would help!

As long as its DXdevice, DXShift works for any joystick.

He is asking about programming two different devices to interact with the same programming. I am not sure that it is possible in target for the TM WH throttle and I have no idea what the other stick bases use.

IIRC TARGET can not program non-Thrustmaster device…

I don’t think I can use TARGET, at least not for the stick and if my pinky modifier is on the stick, then that’s bugger… So outside of TARGET, how can I make this work?

I am not sure Virpil base even works with BMS. I just upgraded my base, and nothing works anymore, not even the TM throttle. I guess we reached BMS e.o.l. point. Pilots should be aware that upgrading the TM base with the Virpil Warbird means kissing BMS goodbye.

That’s not true at all. You shouldn’t jump to conclusions based on a lack of evidence.
It sounds like you added a device and botched the BMS device sorting order, which requires some rework either in the device sorting.txt file, or of the key file itself.
OP - BMS cares not which controls you use. Bind everything in the BMS key file (there are many ways to do this) rather than in an external joystick-specific program, and all will be well.
