How to: Leveling air bases

Hello,

I want to level an airbase in Aegean theater and started looking for information online. So I found this one:

I have none editing experience in Falcon so I’m starting from scratch. I just wanted to ask folks on these board if this info is still up to date and useable with Falcon BMS?
Is there a new and easyier way to do that with other software tools?

use terrain editor by Monster.
locate the airbase objective.
level all the tiles that the objective uses. U can display the objective on the terrain preview map of terrain editor so to see which exactly tiles are used by the objective.
