No, it is not possible. Even if current F-16C fleet had the rack/rail for it the SMS system is not able to hande more than 3 weapons / side wich requres special digital connection…

Basically, it would cause catastrophic failure to the stores and airframe, thats the reason. The sms can handle anything.
