Piece of advice, don’t spend too much time trying to create theaters the “old” way…

You’re going to lose your time and efforts on that. (Most of the existing tools for old terrain are not updated and will have issues supporting you)

Spend your time on specific and unique to your theater 3D features and objectives. If no skills yet, take maybe the time now to learn.
Avoid the trap down the road of having new shiny terrains …but empty.
