Balkans Theater 4.34 update 2

Hey guys,

With the release of 4.34 Update 2, here is the update for the Balkans theater as well. The Balkans Dev Team has updated the Balkans theater to be compatible with Update 2. Make sure you read through the changelog to see any new goodies/updates/fixes.
