Mission planning - assigning actions to a package.
-
Pickup (Probably to collect and then later transport something or some other unit, as in a truck picking up some infantry?)
I think is for chopper and military cargo airplane doing a transport for supply purpose
-
Maybe it already is, but I could not find
Tell me who knows what the following commands mean when planning a package departure in the task settings menu: -

I figured it out, I ask for clarification on those points where there is no sign.
I am writing through Google a translator, please understand.
If this material is in the manual, then where to watch it
Thanks.-Airdrop : when doing airmobile is where the unit picked up will droped off
-ASW : Anti ship action or warfare
-Bomb : wher you will be droping your bombs on a strike mission
-CAP : Combat Air Patrol. Barcap Havcap usually where you will establish a point to stay for an amount of tim sweeping for enemies
-Contact : i think has to do with the escort mission wher you actually “merge” with the package u protect no sure though
-ELINT : Awacs mainly mission covert intelligence-gathering by electronic means
-ESCORT : protect another friendly flight
-Fuel : Not sure also, but probably where the tanker is starting its loiter so it can give fuel?
-GRND Attack : what it says, attack ground targets
-HOlding Point: Usually on an escort mission you have to wait a bit for the flight you got to escort
-Intercept : Protect your airspace from enemy aircraft
-Jamming : Ususally for ECM planes like EF-111 and EA-6 to jam enemy radars so they cannot see you
-Land : where you gonna land after your mission
-Nav : navigation point or steerpoint or just fly
-Pickup : Airmobile mission where you will picking up the battalion needs to be airmobiled
-Push : Usually is the steerpoint befor the strike steerpoint on a strike mission where you have to be ready to attack
-Rearm : im not sure this is used…. but if it is get weapons?
-Recon : get fly over an enemy terittory to revel their ground units positions
-Refuel : where you gonna meet the tanker to get fuel
-Rescue: for rescap missions where you gonna pick up the pilot that had ejected
-S&D or SAD : Search for enemy units and destroy at will (if i remember well)
-SEAD :Surpress enemy air defenses. In plain kill those SAMS
-Split : usually the steerpoint befor landing when u getting ready to contact tower etc
-Strike : Hit specified ground Target…
-Surf Attack : Not sure about that but i think i see it in CAS missions? cant tell for sure…
-Sweep : Clean the target area of enemy aircraft
Take Off : Your home base that you will be taking off from…- or no + i dont think theres some significnce to have a + next to the action or not but yet again im not 100% sure
Cheers

Thank you very much!
I am translating the Falcon documentation into Russian and this data is very important.
Thank you friend!S&D So this is Search and Destruction.
Abbreviations also with aviation slang are difficult to understand in another language.
-
The correct Term for S&D is Search and Destroy

I have to disagree with Manos1981 on a one item:
I am pretty sure ASW is anti-submarine warfare and ASuW is Anti-surface (ship) warfare. Wikipedia agrees with me but I don’t trust that site.
And there’s two other items that I think he may have wrong: Push and Split.
I think push and split are basically telling you that you are about to cross in or out of enemy territory (basically a good point to fence in or fence out). That’s just my guess from looking at where the mission planner lays down the points. I just fragged two missions deep behind the lines, one AI and one OCA. In both cases there were one or more steerpoints between the push point and the target. With regards to the OCA strike there was a NAV point between Push and the IP steerpoints. And in both cases, there was a NAV steerpoint between the Split and the Land steerpoints. In both cases the Push and the Split were approximately 30nm on the friendly side of the FLOT.

At the point of “Push”, I did not understand what it was for. But here I got into the “Split” (point).
This is the point of separation of a group or packages after completing a co-assignment.
The following is the question - after removing the AI control, the ground equipment has a menu at the bottom. This menu has a decent list of actions for ground equipment.
Does anyone else know the purpose of the commands on this list?
Thank you in advance.Reserve
Capture
Secure
Airborne
Commando
Defend
Support
Repair
Air defens
Recon
Radar ops
Unknown -
Reserve unit stays where it is. Haven’t found a real trigger when a unit changes to another action.
Capture is to move attack and take enemy object
Defend stay at the assigned object and fight.
Repair assigned to Engineer units to order repair of bridges airfields.
The object to repair has to be owned by own troops. So for bridges if the bridge is destroyed and enemy another ground unit has to Capture it first in order to repairGesendet von meinem SM-G930F mit Tapatalk

I figured out all the points except two - this is the Radar OPS and Unknown. Tell me who knows - what is assigned by these points, what is the task?
And where to get this Commando? How to find them. How to send, I realized, you can make paratroopers.
Which units are engineering? Engineer units -Found - which engineering units.
This is a square, on it the letter “E” is turned on its side. Thanks for the clarification.

I can’t tell you what “Unknown” is for because then it would be “Known”.
Your commando is here:
To find them double-cross them. To send them, use “the chopper” especially for extractions.
:drum:
Sorry I couldn’t resist. If I had the correct answers I would have provided them for you, but I only had my juvenile thoughts to guide me here.
