Tom, thanks for your work!
I have to admit, i wasn’t a huge fan when i first installed it…
But then i changed the fog settings as you recommend. HOLY CRAP!! Looks fantastic!!

@Tom, any change to have your new ships please? I’ve checked your pages but still are not hosted.
(Or I am missing something; like not published etc)
-
I will overwork them and will upload some Ships in December. I hope that will be okay for you.
Cheers

Thank you Tom.
This scenery is fun.
Attached weather seting is nice. Can somebody direct me to the recommended weather settings?
Thanks, Uwe
-
There is a JPEG in the zip file that you downloaded that shows the recommended weather settings.
-
Thx!
Uwe

I wonder if there is a way to generalize weather settings, e.g. I found a good turbulence setting I like (more movement in the Viper) and would love to copy that over in other missions.
Well, a matter of persistence I guess, in other sims I also do the wether setting manually for each mission.

Hi Tom Incredibly work! Just unbelievable!!! I just wanna ask you if it is possible to replace you water dds with the standard ones. What dds i have to overwrite? Thank you again!
-
I found I was getting a brown checkboard pattern after installing this like a JSGME package. When I tried again only this time by deleting the existing folder before applying Tom’s files I didn’t have the brown checkboard problem. It is not OK overwrite and “mesh” these files with the original files. Some original files must be deleted that are not overwritten.

Hi Tom,
Couple of small “fixes” required for you…
Chasing through these valleys is great fun! :thumbs-up:
-
Fantastic! It is amazing to see how much this “game” continues to advance and evolve.
-
Tend to feel the same. Tom did an amazing job on the land tiles but the water isn’t great. Thanks Tom!
-
But then i changed the fog settings as you recommend. HOLY CRAP!! Looks fantastic!!
Where can I find those settings, please?
-
-
In the “How to install” .jpg file in the download
I set the fog settings to what’s recommended in the jpeg doc, but it makes no difference whatsoever. I guess that’s because I’m confused about a TE weather setting in general… do I need to select “sunny”, “fair” or whatever? Does / can the weather change dynamically during a TE?
Also, the setting I enter are never saved and I have to re-enter them again when entering the TE, or is there a way to define the weather in TE builder itself? I guess I need to check this tonight.
Thanks, Uwe

Hi Tom ,you really did a great job and provide a new experience to Korea field ,
here I found a wired thing ,not sure it’s an issue or expected thingthere are duplicate “Green” block on the sea ,not sure any setting of mine goes wrong ??
or it will be a WIP item in further update ?
Otherwise ,is there any way if I’d like to change sea texture back to original Korea’s one ?Many thanks.

It could be a plankton bloom !!!
;0)

AFAIK, G2interactive developed the code for Plankton Bloom…! I believe that the Bloom “models” were created by Ara’ and Gaz’ at “P3opl3” Falcon. I’m curious where BMS received their Plankton Bloom. Still - it is a great feature…! Just (microscopic) food for thought.
