Transport engineers squadron to rebuidl a base

Hi everyone! In my first day of campaign one of the three air bases operating f16 has been destroyed. I found somewhere a tutorial that explained how to transport an engineers squadron to the destroyed airbase to expedite the reconstruction. Do you know where to find it or which other options do I have rather than just wait? I have 8 f16 grounded!!

even without an engineer unit present the airbases get repaired in a day I think the time frame is
