Problems in multiplayer

I was hoping someone could help me out.
Sim is running great and my frame rates are outstanding.
I am having one minor issue when flying online with some buddies.
I have one guy hosting the game and I am hosting IVC. The problem that keeps occuring is when we disconnect I cant connect back to him using IVC. I get a black screen and falcon bms is not responding in task manager. The only way I am able to reconnect is by restarting the computer. It’s not a huge issue to me and I have no problem dealing with it I was just wondering if anyone else ran in to the same problem and if they had a solution.

You should not have to restart your computer. In the task manager, end the task, and the IVC icon on the desktop should close. Once it is closed, you should be able to reconnect to IVC. Also, sometimes, the IVC may still be running in the background. You can check that through task manager under “processes”. If you see IVC there, close it.

I may have not been clear enough in my post.
I have no problem connecting to IVC
It’s actually bms that kicks me out.
I have actually tried everything that you mentioned Dracfalcon without any success.

Although I’m not sure about having to restart the PC, the rest sounds right.
You are the IVC host. If you get a BMS crash, you’re going to have to back all the way out to desktop and that means you’re going to ‘crash’ IVC for everyone else.
The only solution is for everyone to back all out to desktop, including everyone closing their IVC clients (may need to kill them in Task Manager), then restart from the beginning. Also, you need to bring IVC Comms up before anything else happens. Once IVC is ‘up’ you connect to the game host, then everyone else connects.

As A_B says, start your IVC server before any thing else, even before the host goes up.

After trying all of the suggestions I am still experiencing the same issue
When I try to reconnect I am getting connected to ivc but my comms can barely be heard by the other players. The only problem I have is falcon kicks me out.
I hope there is some sort of solution out there this is really frustrating. -
First, i would disclaim of splitting Game and IVC Hosting up. IVC doesn’t need much bandwith so the bandwith gain is only small.
For example: Yesterday we had an MP flight with 14 clients. Upload of game was 2,98 GB, IVC was only 175 MB.
Keep it simple and host Game and IVC on the same machine, just my 2 €-cents
