Balkans / Install Error

Tried to install the latest Balkans Theater though get an error (cannot run under NT) which keeps coming back and preventing the install. I run Windows 8.1. Anything I can do/should check?

Have you tried re-downloading? It maybe a corrupted download. I just downloaded and installed the same theater a few days ago without any issue.
