what’s wrong with this mod? i use TE builder to test road network, place several tank battalions, order them to move/check road networks at 64x time compression.
my test shows GUs can move freely in Vietnam - from mid portion to Honei area.

I send you all the editions of the saves for .cam files i tried you will laugh! I try to do whatever i can no go… Batts/Brigs. If they gonna move (stock linking between objectives) they gonna run back to whatever city/village they will find defensive even when the game says “major offensive”. There is places that they stuck as i said above in a back forth movement between 2 objectives in the middle of the link. If i do edit the links, remove/add objectives they do move but they will stuck somewhere in the way as said. Its not by chance that the original save0 has some of them “human controlled” even in the original if i remove the “human controlled” thingy they will either stay there or flee back to safety… This happens to both not to say all around the theater. Ill try once more to the original unedited objective layout of the original save. And im talking about making a campaign not a TE through the editor of the game ccc. And you say order them u mean human controlled? That way they work… no problem

well i just say use TE to test road network system.
As for GU not moving to capture obj, I’ve noticed and reported that bug long time ago… they just won’t cross some point near Da Nang, maybe more. I’ve tried to tweak bridges/link values long time ago. no success.

Unedited links seems to work better till now at least. still the units wont engage though. they run backwards. Only when battali0ons are either user controlled or if they are not parent must be off.<–- that means as soon as they reach destination they lock there. witch is worst than user controlled. Ill see the relations again meybe its too many teams active? i dont know. I also saw that in many tiles paths are non existent or bad placed i corrected this as well or some river tiles with a road and no bridge… DOes the strings of each theater makes any difference? cause i edited only the namesso it doesnt write the KTO teams. Ill check that also.

So it seems paths on the terrain tiling are broken. Thats why the movement is difficult or not doable. I fixed some of that but still struggling to fix the backwards movement of the G.U. and not engaging eachother
