UI centering

Please help me on how to display the 2d user interface in the center of the monitor.
In addition, if in the graphics settings I use a resolution lower than in my monitor, then when entering 3d the image also does not display full screen, as if scaling did not work

Click GRAPHICS

In Window dropdown, select WINDOWS

Click APPLY

Drag the UI to where you want it

In Window dropdown, select BORDERLESS

Click APPLY
