CH Products Replacement Potentiometers
-
For folks who have aging CH Products equipment like me, if your inputs are spiking and getting hard to calibrate, most likely your Potentiometers are going bad. Luckily, through a tip I found the OEM manufacturers of CH’s Potentimoetrs. Here is a link to the store:
I bought three of these a few weeks back and replaced all the Potentiometers in my rudder pedals. Now there are no more wandering yaw issues and no more dragging brakes. I am not sure about the Pro Throttle and Fighterstick, but I have been told all devices use the same Potentiometers. These are OEM, not Hall Sensors, so they will wear out eventually. But so far, after test flying them in my rudder pedals, I can say the quality of manufacture is really good. Right now they have a three week lead time, but when I ordered they had lots in stock. The manufacturer is located in the USA, but they do ship overseas.

I would take a look here and get a set of rel4y’s magnetoresistive sensors for the throttle and jstick. If you don’t update the mainboards you can still run CH Manager if you want…

You could also refurbish the pot and turn it into hall sensors with 2x3mm magnets(2) and a hall effect sensor. Link:
