If you have toebrakes mapped to an analog axis, the keybd and buttons for SimWheelBrake won’t do anything.

Which callback have you bound to?
Keyboard key S is by default bound to Slap Switch and not Wheel Brakes which would be keyboard key K by default

Because Gear brakes toggle is not engaging the wheel brakes it’s for

SimWheelBrakes “CKPIT: Wheel Brakes - Hold” => press and hold to apply toebrake pressure (it’s not a “toggle”)

SimBrakeChannelToggle “GEAR: BRAKES - Toggle” => toggles the hydraulic channel used for the wheelbrakes

AFBrakesToggle “TQS: SPD BRAKE Switch - Toggle” => toggles the speedbrakes (air-brakes), not the wheel brakes

SimParkingBrakeCycle “GEAR: PARKING BRAKE Switch - Cycle” => cycles the parking-brake switch … this used to be a two-way toggle, now it’s a 3-way to also control anti-skid (antilock brakes) feature
