Joystick Hat Switch macro - antimicro
-
Hi guys.
Firstly I wanted to ask help, but I have found a solution later. I write this post because I saw mentioning this small program only one or two times on this forum, and I think it’s worth to mention in a separated topic.
Recently I had problems with the Hat Switches on my G940 throttle. There is two POV on the throttle, one POV on the stick, and another one on my ICP module. This is too much for BMS, so I used keystroke macros. Sadly my Logitech Profiler stopped working, I mean the software still running fine, but the Win10 can not recognize the keystrokes anymore.
So I had to find an alternative solution. I tried the Universal Control Remapper, and some other, noname small programs too, none of it worked.
Then I have found the antimicro.
This small program is super easy to use, it recognized all of my controllers, and all of their axis, buttons and hat switches immediately right after start. I set my keystrokes to my Hat Switch directions, the Win10 (and BMS) recognized them without any issue. I have been using it for weeks and have had no problems since then. Here is the link if anyone interested:

@VO101_Tom Thanks for info. I am now using antimicro 2.23 to map controller buttons > 32 to keystrokes. I also tried antimicroX but there is a bug that prevents me from using it.
