BMS-Manual border issue
-
<p>Coming back to BMS and I’m trying to print out the new 4.35 manuals. For some reason, the border on the BMS-Manual file comes out funny. I printed out the BMS-Technical-Manual and the BMS-Training to check and they come out fine. Picture attached to show what the issue is. Does anyone have this issue too? Am I doing something wrong? I’ve not changed any of the print settings between the three printouts.<br /><br />Cheers!<br /><br /><br /><img class=“ql-image” src=“https://i.imgur.com/TgUiiaG.jpg” /></p>

<p>Some will say 4.36 is a matter of weeks, if not days. Maybe not the best time to print many pages.</p>

<p>@LorikEolmin confirm :)<br /></p>

<p>Yup, best to read on PC or device for now…</p>

<p>@LorikEolmin Good to know, thanks!</p>

Seems like the issue persists in 4.36. Not sure what’s causing this as it will show up in one document (BMS-User-Manual, BMS-Technical-Manual) but not in another document (BMS-Training, TO BMS 1F-16CM-34-1-1).

I test printed page 3-47 of the BMS 4.36 manual and did not get the print error that I see in your image. Maybe someone else can reproduce this.
You could check the following:
-Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader. Adobe frequently fixes printing related problems in updates.
-Make sure you have the latest version of your printer driver software installed. -
@TeeSquare I’ll try a different PDF reader, but I don’t think that’s the issue since some documents are printed out properly.

Many thanks @TeeSquare for confirming that the issue was on my end. Seems like the BMS documentation has compatibility issues with my specific version of Adobe PDF. I’m now using the free Foxit PDF reader and it’s printing out fine.

Glad to hear that you found a solution. Now for many fun filled hours of reading!
