Hi,
I’m really enjoying the 4.36 wx, however I have yet to see any rain showers. Have I missed something and do I need to set something up in config?

Hi,
Thank you very much for the DL. I feel a bit of an idiot, but could you stear me in the direction of where to place it? I tried in Data/Campaign/ WeatherMapsUpdates but couldn’t find it anywhere in-game under the coldshowers.fmap name. This is the first time I have delved into the wonders of BMS weather so its all very new to me.Can I also assume that the rain showers can only be viewed if using fmap protocol and NOT Probabalistic or Deterministic due to the file name?

Hi
Thank you so much for that. I have now dropped it into Data/Campaign and can select it from the drop down box for weather types in Map Model. I must say its a fantastic effect and well worth the DL.I have recently been playing around with Probablistic weather as I really enjoy the gradual weather change during a long TE. Is there any way this shower effect can be incorporated into that protocol? It would be wonderful sandwiched between Poor and Inclement weather cycles!

Get to know how to use “Weather Commander” you can do almost anything with that ;0)

Just make percentage for inclement and poor larger, in probabilistic.
…still , it won’t define “where”, just - “somewhere”. -as in “probabilistic”… but it works just fine in the end.
Test few time’s in TE.FMAP’s edited with - Weather commander) are not probabilistic but more of deterministic., but still can be somewhat “cycled” with wind-direction option IF case of only one fmap.
-so we could refer to as more-refined-deterministic“Time-cycled” fmap’s are the best if want REAL world weather… (eg F4wx by ahmed)
…but think something is bugged in last version, 'bout visibility/fog…
Haven’t seen yet, I’ve read it in the thread.
(downloaded and prepared the set, need to see in 3D yet - it is currently midnight in campaign so I don’t see much)
