4.36: FCR AG scanning issue [solved]

This is how the AG radar works by being limited in scanning area

4.36 changed that!

if I restart without leaving BMS, the issue is still there (video below): the scanning area is extremely reduced…

@Mav-jp I don’t get why the higher we are the less terrain we scan, shouldn’t the cross section area (between radar beam and ground) grow with our altitude, in the same way that we explore more space in AA as we look farther?

Take a pen and paper ,

Draw a 5 deg cone and look at the different situations you will understand
