Manual Calibration
-
@greatcouloir good morning. Can you be so kind to post a screenshot of your Foxy .tmj line? Need to see where and how to write it. Also I set Emulation OFF instead of ON. Can I modify that line putting OFF instead of ON?
Regards

@greatcouloir tried (modified your line Emulation to Off). Still need to manually select Manual Calibration in lower left prt of CCP relevant page.
No matters, I will always set it manuallyRegards

@BlackGio
“Emulation” on/off is actually switch between programmed / standard (default) mode.So if you have programmed the stck, your program + macro, tmj/tmm, emulation needs to be ON , or the program it the stick’s firmware will be disabled.
Stick will have its own defaults. All DX buttons and axis as preset in CCP., but no programmed buttons/macros.So if you have any program line in stick , button, axis , - wise , Emulation NEEDS to be ON.
Cheers

@white_fang hi. So, in CCP emulation is OFF (red button instead of green), so that’s why I modified the line. But as you explained, maybe I need to try to set Emulation ON and modify again .tmj line also.
As it is now (Emulation OFF) all works fine.
Will try and let you know.
Thank you!

@BlackGio
Good. No any problem m8, glad to share what I know.If button is “RED” , yes, emulation is OFF.
So, no program, button macros will work.
Stick will be simple windows DirectInput stick.
No problem there, just stick will be NOT programmed stick.If button is “GREEN” , emulation is ON. All bells and whistles, programmed stick.
Now, if emulation is OFF, red button , Does that “hwstartup” 1st line of program is run or not ???
Now that’s a tricky question… I never tested this…
If you want to try … -

@coyotte I bought mine , can’t really remember when, 2019? , from “Vipergear” (NL)… they/ the owner? was here on forum , or was that old forum? … anyway just google for that name
You can’t miss with that, no more pots… never seen cleaner axis travel… probably for the lifetime.
