new training missions? new cockpit textures? new/improved AI and JTAC interactions?

improved ACMI recording? improved models? and docs? the list just goes on…

I was only expecting a few CTD fixes and maybe the AIM-120 thing.

this is amazing work, BMS team, in just a few short months! can’t wait to try it out…

So just to be clear, I download the update 1 file - Falcon_BMS_4.36.1_Incremental after download just click install and its completed.

Do I need to to anything else going by instructions I thought I had to run from original setup so a little confused if I have done things correctly?

Little confusion about the falconbms.cfg
i have updated my existing Installation (no new setup from scratch)
will the file be replaced/ Overwritten from U1 ?

are still in my falconbms.cfg after updating to U1

at the bottom there are theese two entrys (added manuallly as a hotfix for 4.36.0 when i remember right)

set g_sCompatibleChanges "all-C_CHANGE_DYNAMIC_SMART_SCALING-C_CHANGE_CHANGE_STORE_DAMAGE

After the update, when starting BMS, the version string in the BMS UI will now read:
Falcon BMS 4.36.1 (x64) Build 26443

VERY IMPORTANT:
If you apply the update to an existing BMS 4.36 base installation (instead of performing a fresh 4.36 base + U1 installation from scratch) then be sure to only use the following lines on your “falcon BMS.cfg” (User/config folder):

set g_sCompatibleChanges “all”
set g_sNonCompatibleChanges “all-DURANDAL”

I just did fresh install after reading that - the above ( set-G ) - in the wiki - I thought I was going to be put on a Centrifuge… so I chickened out, went for a fresh install

Now waiting on theaters to run on UPD1
