Campaign medals

What do you have to do to earn each medal in campaign? I don’t mean the amount of “medal points” you have to earn, rather than the actions and in-battle achievements(if there are any) which may lead to these medals. For example it seems that destroying many ground targets( battalion) awards you the air medal.

Basically yeah, you need to destroy the main target + something around (especially if it is statics, bandits and ships) and return home w/o losses. Now it is very easy to get a medal because of battalion sandwiches. I killed ~30 vehicles with only 8 SDBs on my last flight…
