Mavericks just won't uncage

Hey all,

I am having a weird issue here. I have a loadout of AGM-65D’s and they seem to timeout although don’t say RDY. But the u key (I checked the key file and it is U) won’t uncage them. I also have the UNCAGE bound to a button on my HOTAS, is this causing the issue?

I am very lost. Must be doing something wrong.
