Questions about the Mirage 2000D
-
hi everyone i have some questions about mirage 2000D
- Do you have links for the 2000D liveries. If not, can you tell me where the template is?
- How to make the “PC” indicator light up when the afterburner is on because for the moment it is not working?
- Can we change the sounds like Bingo fuel?
- Can we and how to silence betty with her “chaff flare chaff flare” because in a mirage it’s not realistic at all?
-
M2000D isn’t realistic avionic wise since this is the F-16 systems behind…
Unfortunately, this can’t be really upgraded.
Maybe @TOPOLO has some better advice but I don’t…

Some answer to your questions:
- all available 2000D liveries are in the install… but if you are speaking of source or templates (psd…) I know that ChrisBV shared them time ago, but I’ve no idea how and where…, (and of course the BMS team have its own source data, but those are usually not shared, not that the team do not want to make them public, but just it has not resource to maintain public release of all)
- Concerning the Mirage 2000D pit, there are many bugs that appeared along the different version of BMS (4.35, 4.36), very few of them have been fixed, most of them just cannot because the author of the pit is no more active (and I will never blame it for that, one day or the other I will also retire from BMS worl) and none in the team has decided to take the problem in charge (source data of the pit are available, some help from the author may be required, but the problem is not there, what is missing is someone in the team being “in charge” of the maintenance and development of those pits, not only the D, but also the C and +5)
- You can change the sound file of a message (BingoFuel for example), but this will impact all a/c and not only M2000. Some have already proposed such mod because they only fly M2000 and no other a/c, but it is not to be provided by the BMS team
- This may be achieved by replacing the “chaff flare chaff flare” sound file by an blank one with same consequence as described in 3
Hope it helps…
