Kotar circular box size

Recently I have checked my CEP in Kotar field. The main target was the center box on Southern GP aimpoints. Based on the info from the manual, the box dimension is 55’, the distance between two box centers is 165’ (three boxes put them). But I checked the distance of two box centers based on GPS coordinates that mentioned on the Kotar manual. The distance was ~243’ and from that, the box dimension is 243/3~81’ not 55’. I think the discrepancy happens because of the manual may be based on RL or the Falcon terrain is flat and more wide from West to East. Therefore, it is necessary to modify the manual or make the Kotar box smaller. Anybody please check this.
