Both 4.35 & 4.36 on my desktop

Do I need both version (4.35 & 4.36) on a “Fresh” initial install?
I show 2 folders C:/Falcon BMS 4.35 & C:/Falcon BMS 4.36
Each with shortcuts on my desktop.Both version are running well, Is it necessary to have both install.
Can I delete one? -
No, you don’t need both. Each version will install as a standalone, and you may want to keep the previous one until you get the latest fully installed and updated to match.
I personally keep three versions on my rig, but there is no real need to do that.

@Stevie
Yes I have 4.36 fully install. But, what do you mean by “updated to match”? -
All the versions you can download are up-to-date right now…
I don’t think 4.36 will recieve any update

@HoustonHeat - if you have changes you made to your Config file in the previous version, or additional Theater installs (and some Theater installs may have you do this as they are matured), you may want to hang onto the old version so you can launch and compare, or look over those file alterations in the previous install - any alterations you made manually in the previous install won’t show up in the new install unless you put them there.
Also - you need to remember to point WDP at the install folder for the version of BMS you are currently using.

@MaxWaldorf Ok, so I have 4.36 updated 1,2 & 3.
I have never played 4.35, However, I installed 4.35 then 4.36 initially.
So since they are standalone version I’m thinking I can uninstall 4.35
save some memory and space and move on with the fully installed version of 4.36. And start reading these massive documents before I age out while learning how to
land. -
@HoustonHeat - Yes, that is correct.

Yep that’s the way! lol I’ve been sim-flying for about 3 years now, and my overhead break approaches still look like I’m drunk and lost.
