Since yesterday I can’t access the BMS forum anymore from my home computer(s). My IP address starts with 178. Could it be that you guys blocked a certain range, including mine?

The BMS forum was also down for me yesterday twice,…
in the morning and in the evening.

And I had the same problem already few weeks ago.

Also I had such a problem years ago with a differently website. (FF)
IIRC it was a problem with an (my ???) ISP who was not able to
        update the routingtable fast enough.

Now imagine BMS 4.33 would have been released yesterday,
then we possibly might get our hands on it when the first hotfix is already released as well.

        Cheers,
        LS

Well, I checked the forum yesterday on my mobile phone (3G) at the same time and it worked flawless. Also a squadmate on TS could enter the forum, hence my question.

I guess your mobile phone (3G) and squadmates on TS are using an differently ISP than you at home,
            so …

Anyway, if it’s really a ISP’s routingtable problem then there is nothing we can do. (I guess)

            Cheers,

So I may conclude that it’s not a question of you guys blocking an IP range from where website attacks are performed?

Same here yesterday. Site was up & down several times from work, but also a couple of friends (belgium & poland) had the same issue so it seems.

DNS problems don’t effect every one equally as far as I know.

To date we have never had a need to block a range of IP addresses from accessing the BMS forums. IF we ever do, there will be a service announcement.

You can use a software named goagent to avoid been blocked. This is not for bmsforum.

Thats not really on topic, nor appropriate discussion for the forum IMO.
