HELP: Shooting up a Flare!

Reaching out to my BMS Brothers…
I am having a bear of a time getting my Cougar to install properly and I’m in desperate need of some 1v1 support! Have pulled all relevant troubleshooting posts from the Forum with some minor success but overall the software just isn’t installing properly. No idea if I’ve flashed in the most updated software, have tried to load DUNC’s profile…no dice. Now it seems my keyboard commands aren’t responding anymore.
I’m about to punch out of BMS for good if I can’t this this all nailed down.
Is there anyone out there who could literally call me up (EST) or do a TeamViewer session to show me how to get my gear working properly.

That software is crap imho. Just map the keys via BMS.
I had the same issues with the TM software trying to configure it with BMS and DCS A10C. I struggled with getting the software to work, than mapping the keys, etc, for about 8-10hrs when I first received my TM Warthog HOTAS…was very frustrated at the time as well. That is until I removed that TM software and just used the controller config in-game, for both games, and I’ve had zero issues since.
Anyhow, good luck. Once it works, it’s well worth the effort.

Yeah…kind of at the end of my rope. So love this sim…just don’t have a PhD in computer programming & Development!
