CTD occurred in both Launcher and Standard Launch.
Need help on how to upload 4.37 logs and WER zip file of CTD.

Thanks, launch problem solved by deleting d3d11.dsp! Working on recovering shift function in 3D, not sure why shifted function not working, but will recheck Alt Launch key bindings…thanks again for you help.

@Tiger78 start with recent “crash.txt” file in your ‘C:\Falcon BMS 4.37\User\Logs’ directory … it’s small. if it maps to a known issue, folks here will let you know.

if it’s something new or unrecognized, you can follow the steps here to capture a full dump file (will be multiple GB … zip down to few hundred MB)

@Tiger78 not 100% sure but I’ve seen similar crashes when changing monitors, resolution, dpi or color-depth settings.

Possible easy fix to try … delete the "C:\Falcon BMS 4.37\User\Config\d3d11.dsp" file … BMS will recreate it, you just need to revisit the Setup/Graphics page.
