Eager to learn

Hello my guys, I’m Nitro, I’ve been lurking the forums for some time, but this is my first post I hope it’s OK.
I’ve been learning 3D modeling in 3ds max and been progressing slowly and surely. I’d really love if anyone could give me some pointers and maybe some tips and maybe help me out to bring some ideas to life in BMS, I’m really eager to learn and could use all the help I can get. Would also love to learn texturing. Thanks for everything my dudes! -

Doing a 3D model for BMS is not super hard.

Phase 1 : select a model you really feel comfortable with (do not let people influence you, it’s super important that you do what you would like the most

Phase 2 : Do your model, without any animation, and unwrap it.

Phase 3 : Do the texturing job (only diffuse map, no bump mapping or anything that deals with PBR at this step

Please post your results here : I will help you to have a workflow suited for you.

@NitroViper as @Radium said, you have us 3d modelers as the best resource, i may not be able to help you with 3ds max, but modelling principles ofc you can always ask for. Best of luck to you nitroo

I’d like to reinforce what @Radium said, Modeling for BMS is not hard, and also it’s getting easier by the day thanks to our awesome devs.
For your first project for BMS Pick something that speaks to you, that you’d like to see in BMS, it may be something that is missing or also a legacy model that needs a revamp.
Post some updates on your work! people will keep you motivated here by good feedback!
