Adopting HD key file to 4.33

Anyone can shed light on how to adopting HD key file to 4.33? Very used to this key file and don’t want to make any changes.

I’m also interested in this.Is there anyone who has achieved import this key file successfully ? I have tried it but It is so complicated for me.
