Unable to understand Korea TvT setup

a) I tried to setup a Korea TvT, but cant find TvT Coop Event, only the TvT Official Event. (Page 186 in the BMS User Manual)
b) There should be 4 teams available in Official Event, YELFOR (North team). GREFOR (South team), CIS (reserved and server dedicated) and NATO. I do not understand the road ahead, to choose among the tree teames, and i could not find any better explanation in the forum or on the net.

KTO TvT is more or less dedicated for BMS TvT events…
Don’t expect to have much documentation on it.
