      what should i do to solve this problem ??

      also i installed all the updates from 1 - 7

      My windows : 8.1 (64 bit)

      ram : 4 GB … graphics: nvidia 2 GB … processor: intel core i5

        My first guess would be disable the Intro Movie, from the BMS Configuration app, it’s under -Settings General.

        After that I’d suggest you do a bit of reading about info required/requested when looking for help here.

          After that I’d suggest you do a bit of reading about info required/requested when looking for help here.

          I disabled the Intro Movie but no change

            Give us something to work with - a crashlog would be a good place to start.

            Also, in your config folder, there might be a file called dx9display.dsp - if it’s there, delete and start again.

              l searched for this file dx9display.dsp but i didn’t find it !!!
