On the future of the Blender Plugin
-
@richionizor I’m sorry for the decision they made, and I’m sorry to hear that. I want to express my support for everything you’ve done for the community. Don’t be discouraged, some of us here have strong feelings towards you and your work. There are times when you’re up, other times when you’re down. Life is like the waves of the sea, you just have to learn to surf them.
A hug.

Thanks for your words of support, to be clear: I have no personal grievances with the team or any persons - I am always happy to continue my work if they decide to change their decision
-
Github access should not be revoked…
This is your work and public, so happy to solve this issue
-
I’m sorry to say that but this is just a fucking joke.
-
@MaxWaldorf
Thanks Toni, but without BMS source code access I will be restricted to docu updates. And: while I did the work, it was always for the community and a way of giving back
So I would not call it “my work” -
What a pitty loosing someone with that experience in software industry I can only shake my head in disbelive
-
@oakdesign so all your work will go to the drain now?
Edit: sorry got confused by the name with another member that was making models in Blender probably.
-
@Arty
…
-
@Arty yes I will drain work but nothing that had to do with blender 3 modelling or the plugin
-
@richionizor I’m very sorry to hear that, I won’t go into why that decision was made, it’s not my business…what I do know is that anything that subtracts is worse for Falcon…Hugs and don’t be discouraged
-
@okayasugf I new I f*d up…
-
@richionizor
I am so sorry to hear this. Thank you so much for your work to this point, and selfless volunteering of your time to help the modeling ans skins community. I think this is a big loss for the community, and I particularly appreciate your superb attitude with respect to this setback.
With great respect, -
Was this really necessary? We are all human beings capable of having dialogues…
-
Obviously I have no idea what happened, but I’m sorry and it seems like a serious loss to me.
Is there any chance that those who have the opportunity will reconsider this?(and just now that I was starting to understand something about the exporter…)
