How to add an app link to launcher?

If you have a 3rd party app you would like to launch before entering 2D, is there a way to add the shortcut to the launcher window? For example, weapon and delivery planners are present, along with several others. How do you add new ones? TIA.

@luvtofish that feature is not avialable, the only way would be as the launcher is open source to make your own fork add it the the source and build the launcher

I created a batch file; auto starts Voice Attack, WDP etc… think it would do what you need
