      Hi everyone,

I recently added a 15.6” touch monitor to my setup that I use with Helios and Ice’s excellent profile.
Everything works perfectly, but I am forced to use all my monitors at native scaling (100%) which I find a bit uncomfortable, before I used 125% scaling and it was absolutely more comfortable and readable.
I was wondering if there’s a chance to make Helios and scaling coexist without going too crazy 🙂
      My configuration is as follows:

      • Samsung 34” monitor 3440x1440 resolution, horizontal (main)
      • Samsung 27” monitor 1440x2560 resolution, vertical (accessory)
      • touch monitor 15.6” resolution 1920x1200, horizontal (Helios)

Has anyone faced this problem before? Could you put me on the right path to solve it?
Thanks as of now to those who would/could share some information 🙂

      Ciao!

I have done this before. I had two monitors, main monitor was 150% scaling and the touch screen was 100% scaling. Helios isn’t capable of independent monitor scaling but what you can do is tell Helios Control Center to ignore the scaling. You do this by right clicking on Helios Control Center and selection properties. Once in properties select compatibility TAB, then select the button labeled “Change High DPI Settings”. At the bottom of the window is a label group “High DPI scaling override”. In that group put a check mark next to “Override High DPI Scaling behavior” and in teh drop down select “Application”. Click Apply / Ok. That should tell the Helios Control Center to ignore the scaling factor and just use the resolution of the monitor definition.

@CyB No worries. I am in the same boat. main monitor is 3820x2160 and at 100% the 46" 4k TV is unreadable with my old eyes.
