      Hello everyone!

Clarification: SSLC is the SNAP sight with the LCOS running simultaneously.

The LCOS sight and the SSLC sights doesn’t seem to care about the range to the target when targets are locked up. They don’t change the computed lead at all, no matter the range. it’s like shooting at a target without using radar assisted sighting.
The SSLC gets a death dot though, so it can still be used, but the big pipper is way off target.

The LCOS sight doesn’t get a death dot, so it’s completely worthless. The pipper is always waaay off target, no matter if you’re 600ft from the target, or 60ft.

How to reproduce: dogfight mode>change sight to LCOS or SSLC> watch the computed lead in a turn before and after you lock something. Try to shoot things down.

This bug is most easily seen when using the SSLC, because you get to see where the LCOS is calculating lead, and where you need to put the target in order to hit (death dot)

I do think we need to fix EEGS first myself, but more data on the other sights faults can’t hurt.

That said I dont think post CCIP jets and MLU jets actually still have the older sights.
