      Every time I go to download the SST program from www.saitek.com once the file reaches 99%, instead of confirming the download, as windows always does… instead it says Network Error. I’ve tried this for 3 different sticks, on XP (32 and 64-bit) and Windows 7 (32 and 64-bit). I run XP 64-bit SP2. Does anyone have a direct link not hosted on Saitek’s website?

          That’s a little weird. I wonder if the site could be having issues this weekend.
          www.saitek.com/uk/down/drivers.php. is the link I have successfully used.
          A google search will probably find you some third party options, as well.

            This is the same link I’ve used. Tried the download about 5 times now, and every time I get the same result. I’ve done the google searches and every site I find that contains the file, redirects back to saitek.com

              I’ve been running the 32-bit version on a Win7 64-bit machine for about a year with no issue. Did you say you had tried to DL the 32-bit version as well?

                Haven’t tried the 32-bit version yet. I’ll give it a shot.

                    Hmmmm …. :dunno:

                    It downloaded fine for me. No anti-virus, firewall or other security ‘feature’ blocking the download? What browser? That kind of looks like what Chrome does when the download security feature is on.

                        Well it seems I have solved my own problem. Downloaded with Firefox, and it worked. Successfully installed. Thanks for all the input.

                          @Tripwire86:

                          Yeah it’s Chrome. I also have Firefox.

                          In settings on Chrome, open Advanced Settings and uncheck “Enable Phishing and Malware protection”
