I was going to start this with an apology regarding starting a new thread - however, I feel this deserves a prime slot for all to see.
I’ve just downloaded and started playing with this software. First impressions are positive and probably would be a lot better if I actually knew what I was doing with the whole windows VR thingy but i’m getting there.
The point of the thread though is customer support! - wow…
I’m having trouble assigning a PPT on my Hotas - so I dropped a message in the software thread as you do.
Wasnt expecting an answer from the devs necessarily but maybe another user perhaps…
I’m not kidding, within mins…(less than 10) I had a pm from the dev seeking some info from me in order to help!!..now I might have ben lucky and maybe they were sitting at the pc bored…but thats what I call customer support!!
Funny part is - I’m not even a customer yet! - only downloaded the trial version!!
I believe this sort of help deserves great credit - and irrespective of if I decide to use this software or not I will be paying my fee today for a full licence.
There however is one major flaw with the programme…
Whilst its easy enougth to d/l and install the trial version - it doesnt say how to purchase the full licence anywhere i can easily find? - this needs to be addressed imho…
