That sounds nice Dee-Jay. Think for us its mostly gona be late nights, booze and junk food lol…but we may go to rhodes one of the days to check it out. I like my holidays normally to be a mix of excursions doing things like quad biking and boat trips, and nights out till 5am. Need to pace myself out though with the booze, i’ve overdone it too many times on the first night lol

But when i return alcohol shall be banned. No pilot is fit to fly under the influence.

ATTENTION, the harbor of Rhodes, people working for RCI and Aegean Blue accost you and via a scratch card (3 palms, great, you are the winner !!!) try to take you to a hotel sell its products. Even if you have the 3 palms and that promises you a great gift, do not get into the taxi that takes you to that hotel. You will lose a minimum of 2 hours 3 hours of your time listening to someone who wants at all costs to sell you holiday weeks …

3 hours baratain when you magically came face a so called manager, I called a small ca c … who just wants to con you, sign a passport € 5300 … and with ease Payment of course. !!!

we even had the right to visit a hotel, the rooms the beach, everything …

ps. the so called manager was French, a Toulouse, and can be one day we will cross again …

but ca happen differently …. One french young woman tried to trap me and my wife, but I was aware about the trap by reading it on Internet before my trip. Iitially I played the game “Oooh! We have 5 stars! Great … Maybe the 5weeks for 6 persons voyage to win!” So she called the taxi, and when the taxi was here and the voucher given to the taxi driver (So that that greek taxi driver can earn the money from those ****ing thieves) We went into the taxi and I stoped him 10s after we starded, told him thank you and have a good day … Came back to the women (surprised to see me back). I’ve change dramaticaly my tone and burned that girl right on the place telling here that it is a shame to act like this with some ppl working hard to be able to go on hollyday one per ear, sometime one per 5years or even for some, the only hollydays of thier lives!!!.. Told here that this is called a fraud in our country and that this is illegal. I was almost about to throw her in the water and took a picture of here (which I will post on TripAdvisor and other tourists website to warn them) … I have also some contacts with the french embassy and will talk a little bit about that to the french representative.

… Well, do not trust those bastards. They are used to be on the harbour just before entering the old city.

I’m flying from birmingham, england. Thanks for warning me about that and i’m sure there will be con artists working in Faliraki too but i’m used to them and i go away on holiday 3 times a year (normally, sometimes 2). I just ignore people coming up to me trying to sell me something unless its the bar touts at night with good drink offers

I made the mistake of visiting Rhodes (the old city) on a day when three cruise ships disgorged their cargo into the town… terrible.

is it your first time visiting greek islands? If so, you’ll understand why everbody and their brother fly mostly Aegean (speaking for myself here, of course), simply it’s the most beautiful place to fly except for maybe Greenland.

I’ve been reading though that the Aegean campaign is broken, is this true? i’ll do the Korea campaign first as i havent even started a campaign yet but will do the Aegean after if the campaign is good to play. Only an hour now till i get picked up and yea, will be my first time to the greek islands but i’ve been to Cyprus before- only they’re not part of Greece but speak greek.

Hi from Rhodes, weather is great, hotel and resort are nice only problem is there’s no supermarket close by. Only a mini market in the hotel which has no food only drinks. Beach and harbour is nice, bit expensive for a beer but all good.
