Cluster bomb settings

I remember somewhere there is a lot information about BA, ripple spacing for different types of bombs to achieve optimal killing results. Been a while, just can’t remember where any more. Does anyone have such info?

I found this on simhq a good while back and seems to be fairly successful
General setup:
ALOW: set to 9500ft (just as a reminder that I don’t want to get too deep in the weeds!)
Ingress Altitude: 10000ft
Release Altitude: 11000-12000ft
Delivery mode: CCRP with a shallow “pop-up”All CBU munitions are set as follows:
Burst height: 3000ft
Spacing: 600ft
Ripple: 8MK 20 Rockeye settings:
Burst height: 2000ft
Spacing: 500ft
Ripple: 12 -

CBU and its submunition are, like any GPbomb, effected by moving airmass in RL. The higher the release altitude, the more potential play on the accuracy relative to the intended impact point. I’d advise practice a much lower release altitude, in case one day the CCRP/CCIP is not going to be perfect as you are used to now.
As far as settings go, depends on target type (armored, light, infantry), and target group position. You’d want to reduce BA to increase explosive power delivered on a small area, effective for armored targets or when targets are positioned close to each other. Or consequently increase BA to increase the submunition spread over larger area, effective for light targets and infantry.
My personal preference in general:
Burst Altitude 2300ft (AGL)
Arming Delay 1.75sFor ripple:
Ripple 2
Spacing 150ftHave fun!

Most tanks that North can throw at you are t-62s. Those are squishy and 87 cem can more than take care of them. I found 97 is an overkill.

cbu burst alt….agl or msl??? im wanting to attack sa2 atop a mountain but unsure of which to go by…
EDIT: think i found the answer which is agl via sensor in detonator
