Any chance to change radio commands?

Hi

since some weeks I searched for a tool which is able to open “falcon.tlk”. I wasnt able to find anything. I hope, thera are all ATC sounds in it. My plan is to Change some commands and make the hole communication much faster them it is.

The AWACS Needs much to long to make a call. I having contact to real life Controllers which can help me and Speeds up the calls.

However- Is there a program to open the Falcon.tlk , Export Import the sounds?

It would be great if someone can upload a link to the program - please not: “…try to search there…” or something like this. Just: “…here is the program: link…, ready”
