Keep your torrent client running once the download finishes.
I’ve already uploaded 4GB or so over my 1/16mbit dsl connection, so yes, demand is high

Sorry, but what is meant with ‘seeding’?
Using a Torrent (Like UTorrent for example) when you download a file from a torrent, you actually become a “seeding” hub for the rest of the torrent file. You become part of a hole file system of inclusive downloads to the community. The more you allow your torrent to seed, the faster and more people can download the file.
Since I have tons of reading I am still doing, I don’t mind seeding over the weekend. LOTS OF COOL STUFF TO READ, (Especially the laser frequency settings, Awesome!

It has everything to do with peers. So, the more peers seeding that faster the downloads. Mine got as high as 128kb/s but has now dropped to around 10kb/s. Lot of people downloading alright. More seeders please.
Edit, actually, I am seeding at a constant 120kb/s. I just set the overall up load of the seed screen. Had it as high as 240kb/s. Definitely a lot of people downloading.

I will seed for the next half a year or so, so no worries. I wish though 4.33 had time machine implemented so my wife would let me on a longer leash.

Don’t know why, my average upload Speed is only 25kB/s, but I have Peaks of 65kB/s (that’s also all my pipe can do physically).

Happily seeding.
Have blocked my other seeds. Seems to help a little with the upload speed of BMS. Download was rather fast for me yesterday. I must be one of the few ones seeding with transmission which isn’t ported to windows.

As an addendum to what Darkman said, it has come to our attention that several communities/wings are offering downloads to their members via other means. Although I am sure this is done in good nature, please respect the only wish the BMS team has for the release and keep the seed healthy for the time being by seeding as much as you can.

There is a huge demand, I downloaded 1.25Gb and uploaded 5.1Gb right now even though the upload speed is much smaller.

I downloaded last night (pretty quickly) and I kept my computer on all night and will continue to do so for the duration of the weekend.
Currently seeding at 1+ Mbps.

DL speed is not an issue, but it cant hurt to remind people to seed, especially since torrent is, for now, the only way to download 4.33

Seeding… but upload speed and need is sporadic and not constant.
Also no need to trouble ppl the mediafire is up already.
