Framerates drop to 20fps and keys for hotas changes sometimes when i start computer

For 2 weeks now, i’m experiencing a drop of framerates when i’m flying. Normally it is around 50 fps, now its only 20 fps. Also my keys for the hotas Cougar changes. It’s always the same functions that i gave to change over again :
Rudder Axis, Brake, Right Toebrake, Radar Antenna Elevation, Cursor X and Y and Range Knob.
i have 3 27" screens for flying, one screen for instruments (with MFD’s) and an ICP (connected wit PoKeys).
2 Graphic cards : AMD Radeon HD 6450 for my instrument screen and AMD Radeon HD 7900 for my three flight screens
Does anyone recognise this problem, or can someone help me?

Thx Ice for the quick reply. i think that the problem is fixed for the key changing. Still the framerates are still low when i startup BMS. After a few times of changing the graphic settings forward and backwards, then suddenly everything is back to normal, and it stays normal till a restart the computer. Any suggestions?
