HELP WITH WDP!!!

Hi Pilots

I have a problem that is making imposible the use of WDP regarding Microsoft.Net Framework. I have tried to install every NET FRAMEWORK that i finded and differents versions of WDP (THANKS FALCAS!!!) and i keep seeing this anoying message and WDP wont work at all if I continue to the program.
If anyone has any clue how to solve this i will be gratefull.:p

Looks like a string to double conversion goes wrong, because of unexpected string format as input. In this case “10 .” !Theres a space and dot after the 10, so impossible to convert to double. Just my guess and just wanna help;-)

Yep that is the cause, but not the answer as the code is protected against this

EDIT: The only option is that the ILS freq is messed up
