      Hello all,

Every time I download fully Falcon 4.33, open it via the launcher. The game auto closes and says a registry error. Suggestions?

Registry needs to be cleaned out of previous data.

        EDIT: What OS you on??

I am not on Falcon 4.32, I am on 4.33 and the registry still fails. I am on Win10.

Are you familiar with RegEdit?? And how to delete entries??

            You’re 64bit, correct?

In the search files or programs box you can type “run” and a Run box will appear.(I’m on W7 so not sure exactly what is available on W10)

In the box type regedit, and click okay, that will open the Registry.

Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>Software>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node, there should be a Benchmark Sims folder key, delete that folder and start a new installation of BMS after rebooting.

Like I said, I don’t exactly know if W10 stores the key in the same place as W7, but it worth a shot to look if your comfortable. Looking around in the registry isn’t a big deal, but deleting something that you shouldn’t can be an issue. But if you find the Benchmark Sims folder and delete that you should be fine.

Be careful. My Benchmark Sims reg folder has both 4.32 and 4.33

Yes, if you have two folders inside the Benchmark Sims folder, just delete the 4.33 folder.

You’ll can get that error message if 4.33 is not installed correctly (not clicking on a setup.exe executable file that you need to install Falcon BMS 4.33). Just fyi.
