2d Cockpit View Reset

Hello - first post - haven’t played for ten years!

1. Using the 2d cockpit, how can I reset the view to straight ahead? OTWViewReset doesn’t seem to do anything, and pressing the 2 key a second time doesn’t do anything either. Essentially I like panning around in ‘steps’, but don’t want to have to manually pan back to center each time.

2. How do I make a latching command momentary? Currently I have this:

FOVToggle 0 -1 -2 0 0x0 -1

…but I would like the view to zoom in only while the button is pressed. I tried this:

FOVToggle 0 -1 -1 0 0x0 -1

…but it stopped working entirely.
